A venit randul unuia dintre cele mai speciale editoriale pe care le-am realizat pana acum pentru Beautify by Beatrice. In primul rand, cu totul deosebita a fost vestimentatia pe care am purtat-o. Toate piesele pe care le vedeti in fotografii apartin brandului IIANA si sunt menite sa promoveze un subiect foarte drag mie: valorile traditionale romanesti.

Mi se pare minunat ca bunicile si strabunicile noastre ne-au lasat mostenire obiecte vestimentare atat de spectaculoase… in timp ce noi cautam luxul si stralucirea pe catwalkurile unor designeri aflati la mii de kilometri distanta, adevarata frumusete se afla atat de aproape. Ia traditionala romaneasca (motivul Altita Alba) provine din Muntenia si a fost cusuta manual in ateliere celor de la IIANA (o gasesti aici: http://www.iiana.ro/ie-maneca-scurta/ie-traditionala-romaneasca-maneca-scurta-motivul-altita-alba-ie29alt.html). Ma bucur ca a fost conservat nu doar stilul inegalabil, ci si materialul de foarte buna calitate pe care il foloseau bunicile si strabunicile noastre. Ia este din bumbac 100% si a fost croita drept din patru foi de panza, unite prin cusatura manuala in forma de cruce si incretite la gat.

The traditional Romanian blouse (Altita Alba motif) stems from Muntenia and was sewn manually in the IIANA ateliers (you can find it here: http://www.iiana.ro/ie-maneca-scurta/ie-traditionala-romaneasca-maneca-scurta-motivul-altita-alba-ie29alt.html). I am glad that they preserved not only the inegalable style, but also the good quality materials that our grandmothers and great grandmothers used. The blouse is made of 100% linen and was sewn with four pieces of canvas that were put together in a cross-like form.

Fusta eleganta din dantela face parte si ea din colectia primavara-vara 2015 si se potriveste de minune cu orice model de ie. The elegant lace-skirt also belongs to the spring-summer collection and is a perfect match for the most traditional Romanian blouses.
